What Miracle?

There’s never a convenient time for a miracle – know what I’m saying?

To get a miracle you have to need a miracle – meaning something in your life has gone pear shaped or sideways or your life lived on the edge of adventure and conquest has taken you to a place where you need God to do something supernatural.  Or bad stuff will prevail . . . like, really bad stuff!  Maybe even death.

Needing a  miracle and getting one will always arrive at a time of pressure – while we’re head down tail up immersed in deep doodoo trying to tread water, think of everything, maybe slashing our emotional wrists through guilt, shame, horror, failure . . . or something similar.

For some reason we think the “ideal” situ would be that FedEx, after sending tracking info to our phone, predicting the drop off time, would deliver the miracle, we’d actually be home, we’d sign for it and open it up at an appropriate time when everyone involved  is present and ready – maybe after a cold drink.  Yeah – that’s it!

NO!  Never happens.  Job Network

I have found myself complaining at how bad God’s timing is, over and over . . . His response . . . “do you want this solution or not?” – Ooops!

God has a wonderful way of cutting to the chase!  RIGHT!

Psalm 77:14 (NIV)

You are the God who performs miracles;
you display your power among the peoples.

God is still in the miracle “business!”

So – sometimes we let the miracle slip on by – just because we were busy, intolerably messed in the noggin or unobtainable at the time.

Hey!  Trust God and . . . Keep an eye out for your miracle – always!

God is amazing!
