Friends – Jump right in!

Making and having friends is one of the greatest things we can do . . . it’s not to just be left to kids to have friends . . . we all need friends in our lives.

 

Being with someone, sharing the weightier moments of their lives and celebrating their peaks and achievements are some of the richest landmarks you can ever gather into your life.  In fact it “is” life . . .

 

Some may say they don’t have friends . . .

Maybe fear (in it’s multiple forms) has made them sit down and wait for friends to come their way . . .

 

God has a simple answer.  (Of course He has!)

 

Proverbs 18:24 (NKJV)

24      A man who has friends must himself be friendly,

 

Make the choice – Push through shyness, push through fear, push through any family cultural need to be judgmental . . . leave all that behind . . . and be friendly.

 

Simple, and then we have earned the right to talk about our best “friend” . . .

Raise a toast to friends . . . raise a toast to Jesus!  (Clink!)
